As such, ReCellular will:

   * Require adherence to environmental laws, regulations, policies and procedures for our employees.
   * Require that our employees receive adequate and appropriate training.
2. Continuously improve our operations and management systems to assure the ongoing integrity of our Environmental Policy.
   * Maintain constructive dialogue with regulatory and governmental agencies, customers and interested parties to identify and respond to relevant emerging environmental issues.
   * Assess the effective implementation of our environmental management system by conducting periodic internal audits.
3. Prevent pollution through the integration of environmental considerations into our planning and decision making.
   * Avoid unnecessary generation of waste to reduce and prevent pollution.
